Michael seemed to have plenty

Michael seemed to have plenty of hope in rehabilitation when he filed a lawsuit for malpractice on Terri's behalf. His testimony of what he would do with the money her received from the lawsuit:
Michael also told the court he wanted to become a nurse so he could help his wife for as long as she lived. His attorney told the court about Terri: "She can't respond much but she can respond, and she does respond a little bit, not much. But enough to give him hope."

But where has that money really gone? And where is that hope that Michael once claimed to have?

Instead of rehabilitation and therapy (which Terri has never completely received), Michael has spent that money to kill his wife. At least $400,000 of it has gone to George Felos, the attorney Michael hired so Terri would have the "right" to die.
Yes, the same Felos who once likened Terri to a "houseplant". Here is Mr. Felos earning his money (Terri's money) on Foxnews:

VAN SUSTEREN: George, many of us have read or heard about over the past couple days Sarah Scantlin, 20 years in some sort of state, certainly not conscious, from a car accident, from being hit by a car. Suddenly, she's talking. Is that different from Terri? How is that different? Is there any sort of possibility that Terri could have sort of the miracle that Sarah Scantlin apparently had,the medical miracle? FELOS:Yes. I wish it were possible, but it's not. That other patient was in a coma, not in a vegetative condition. That patient had rudimentary interaction and awareness. And as you know, Terri's cerebral cortex was, in essence, destroyed, and that makes her different, that massive structural brain damage, as opposed to the patient you're talking about.

I am not a doctor but neither apparently is George Felos. In another statement Mr. Felos responds to Terri's parents plea for more medical testing in light of Sarah's miracle and advances in neurology:

[T]he Scantlin case and the medical study don't apply to Terri Schiavo because tests have already shown that she "is in a vegetative condition and has no consciousness. These are frivolous, last-ditch efforts on the part of the parents..."
George Felos insists that Terri is a vegetable, he relies on his tests. Sometimes tests can be wrong. However, I need no test to see her laugh, I need no test to watch her respond to her family. I don't need a test to hear from people who have seen Terri, here and here and here. I do not need a test to understand that her caregivers say she is trying to speak.

I need no test to know that Terri is alive and if only she had the right to live and receive rehabilitation and therapy, there is no telling what she could do. But we may never know. Felos often accuses Terri's parents of organizing campaigns to save Terri's life. We know Felos has an agenda too, but which side would you rather be on? The campaign for life or the campaign for death? The side of hope or the side of hopelessness?

As long as Terri draws breath there is hope. Why take that away from her?

Update: Changed link to non suscribition required site for the second statement of George Felos. Beth @ MY Vast Wing Conspiracy has this article highlighted and while I picked up on the negative of it (Felos' statement); she picked out the good. It does a better job than most MSM articles explaining why Terri's parents are adamant that Terri is NOT in a vegetative state. The truth is getting out there!
