Chief Justice William Rehnquist died tonight at his home. He was 80 years old. He has battled cancer and was declining in health for months.
He was on the Supreme Court for 33 years.
The sound that you hear? The sound of liberals' heads exploding everywhere at the thought of President Bush getting the opportunity to choose another Supreme Court justice... Of course, after this week's events, it's almost too tempting to say: Who cares?
